Knowing Look Apparel — Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners using trusted carriers (typically UPS and USPS depending on your location).

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–8 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, major drops), delivery can occasionally take longer.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please keep an eye on that link or your Shop app for real-time updates.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address before checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, we can reship it once you cover the carrier's reship fee.

Free Shipping ("+" Members Only): Free standard shipping is available only to "+" tier members (Primo+ / Epic+) and applies to U.S. addresses only. This benefit may change after your membership anniversary date.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and contact the carrier. We'll provide any supporting info they need for their claim.
