Each new Knowing Look design is first released to members only at extremely low Limited Time Pricing. The first release is the 1st Edition and is the lowest price – but you only have 24 hours to lock in that price. After that, the design becomes a 2nd Edition with a slightly higher price and 48 hours to buy. Once our Limited Time Pricing ends, the design becomes a 3rd Edition and hits its final price, which is still much lower than the $35 list price non-members pay for 3rd Edition designs. "Why all the complexity, bro?" Cuz we're over here trying to save you some cheese. The more product we move, the lower we can keep our prices. Limited Time Pricing is great for you, obvs, but NGL it's good for us, too because it ups demand and we sell more product. This way we BOTH have a better chance of affording groceries and tariffs. It’s a win-win, it's the Knowing Look way.

The secret sauce is Econ 101 (which isn't really secrete sauce then, is it?): We keep prices low with the help of three things: 1) A reasonable club cover charge, 2) Volume –  more sales allows us to scale our operations and expenses, and 3) Well, basically we're not greedy bastards – we know how much profit we need to keep going and growing without fleecing our members and we maintain that profit per product even as we lower our expenses, then pass the savings to our members (We have to make a living, but we don't have to make a killing). You get a great, high quality product that doesn’t break the bank, and we still make enough to eat more than ramen every meal. Limited Time Pricing + exclusive member prices + volume = premium apparel and designs for an exceptional value (sorry, the in-house MBA made us write that).

Well...yes and no. Once Limited Time Pricing is done, that pricing is finito. You can still get the design, but at a slightly higher cost. So while the design will always be available to members, the name of the game is to get in early to snag the lowest price. The good news is that this way, a design never actually sells out, so even if you slept through the Limited Time Pricing, as a Knowing Look Member, you can still pick up designs that you really love for way less than list price.

That would suck and be rare - but it happens. If there's a manufacturing defect or misprint, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund it.

Basically going Primo is a level up in awesomeness. But no worries, both offer exclusive designs and low member pricing. Primo (Premium) is for ballers that want the lowest prices and annual perks. Epic (Basic) is totally great, too, if you're into that sort of thing. Both are way better than not being a member and paying list price. But you're mother didn't raise a sucker, so you know what to do.

Monthly members have to cancel at least 5 days before renewal. Annual members need to cancel at least 10 days before your anniversary. Either way, you keep your member benefits until your paid period ends - after all, you paid for them. Just know: if you do cancel, we'll miss you something fierce. But we'll always accept you back with open arms. Did that sound desperate? Crappp...
