Each new Knowing Look design is released in phases with Limited Time Tiered Pricing that saves our Members a chunk of change. The first release gets Tier 1 pricing and is the lowest price. After that, the design moves to Tier 2 pricing with a slightly higher price. Finally, the design moves to Tier 3 pricing which is still much lower than the $29 list price Guests pay. The trick? When the design moves from one tier to another is randomized, so you never know how much time you have to get that price. You can wait, but you may miss out. "Why all the complexity, bro?" Cuz we're over here trying to save you some cheese. The more product we move, the lower we can keep our prices. Limited Time Pricing is great for you, obvs, but NGL it's good for us, too because it increases demand and we sell more product. This way we BOTH have a better chance of affording groceries and tariffs. It’s a win-win, which is the Knowing Look way.

The secret sauce is Econ 101 (which isn't really secret sauce then, is it?): We keep prices low with the help of three things: 1) A reasonable club cover charge, 2) Volume –  more sales allows us to scale our operations and expenses, and 3) Well, basically we're not greedy bastards – we know how much profit we need to keep going and growing without fleecing our Members and we maintain that profit margin per product even as we lower our expenses, then pass the savings to our Members (We have to make a living, but we don't have to make a killing). You get a great, high quality product that doesn’t break the bank, and we still make enough to eat more than ramen every meal. Limited Time Pricing + exclusive Member prices + volume = premium apparel and designs for an exceptional value (sorry, the in-house MBA made us write that).

Well...yes and no. Once a pricing tier is done, that pricing is finito. You can still get the design, but at a slightly higher cost. So while the design will always be available, the name of the game is to get in early to snag the lowest price. The good news is that this way, a design never actually sells out, so even if you slept through our lowest tier, as a Knowing Look Member, you can still pick up designs that you really love for way less than list price. And you never know...Sometimes we keep things interesting and put a really popular design back in Tier 1 or Tier 2 pricing as a little Easter egg for our most engaged Members.

Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after processing (which takes about 1-3 days). During holidays, allow us some additional time, just in case. But real talk, most of the time, you'll get the goods in 4-5 days. Just don't be disappointed if it's more than that.

Easy! Just order $75 or more of merchandise and shipping costs just $9.99 for up to 10 shirts. Going bigger? The flat rate simply repeats for every 10 shirts you start: 11–20 shirts ship for $19.98, 21–24 for $29.97. (24 is the max per order, amigo - past that, hit us up for a bulk deal.) This rate is available to both our Members and Guests, and it's applied for you automatically. It's just our way of saying thank you for your substantial purchase!

Negatory, bub. Limited Time Pricing makes it impossible for us to make this one work (every tee is printed to order just for you, so there's no rack of spares to swap it for, and a shirt coming back is a shirt nobody else can buy). Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. Please, for the love of all that's holy and unholy, use the Size Guide before ordering.

That would suck and be rare - but it happens. If there's a manufacturing defect or misprint, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund it.

Your mom says you should wash it inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Orrrrr, you can give it as much thought as all your other laundry and just wash it on the whatever setting...and watch the design antique. Roll the dice, baby. Life's short!

Basically going Primo is a level up in awesomeness. But no worries, both offer exclusive low Member pricing. Primo is for ballers that want the lowest prices, alerts when a new design drops and annual perks. Epic is totally great, too, if you're into that sort of thing. Both are way better than not being a Member and paying list price. But your mother didn't raise a sucker, so you know what to do.

Now why would you wanna go and do something like that? Okay, we get it: sometimes funds get tight. No worries - you can cancel anytime through your My Account page. Just cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date. Either way, you keep your Member benefits until your paid period ends - after all, you paid for them. Just know: if you do cancel, we'll miss you something fierce. But we'll always accept you back with open arms. Did that sound desperate? Crappp...

No sweat, we'll retry your payment another time. After all, if you're not failing, you're not learning. But, seriously, if it fails again, you're off the couch and on your own. Wait - we mean, your membership will be automatically canceled. Do. Not. Fail. Us. Twice.

Depends which Member level you’re on, amigo. Epic Monthly is our one and only monthly plan: $3.00, charged every month, like clockwork. Every other plan is paid once a year: Primo $42, Primo+ $78 and Epic $12. So when you see "$1/month" next to Epic, that's just the annual $12 doing a little math for you — but your card gets charged once a year. Epic Monthly is the one where the card actually hears from us every month and is for those afraid of commitment.
