Products & Editions

What does "Edition" mean?

Each Knowing Look design is released in a numbered edition (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Each edition has a limited quantity and set price. Once an edition sells out, that edition is gone forever—and the next edition opens at a higher price. "Why all the complexity, bro?" Cuz we're over here trying to save you some cheese. The earlier the edition, the lower the price - which is great for you, and NGL it's good for us, too because it ups demand. This way we BOTH have a better chance of affording groceries and tariffs. Win-win, it's the Knowing Look way.

How are your prices so low? Are they bad quality?

For sure the quality is top notch! We keep prices low because we're not greedy bastards. We want to get lots of good, fun design out there. We can do that by keeping prices as low as possible while still making enough to have a little more than ramen to live off of. Limited quantity + exclusive member pricing = premium apparel and designs for an exceptional value (sorry, the in-house MBA made us write that).

Will you restock sold-out designs?

Well...yes and no. Sold out editions are done, finito, and the only way to get the design at that point is in the release of the next edition - which will cost you slightly more. Once an edition sells out, that price tier is closed for good. BUT! Most designs that end up in 3rd edition have limitless quantities. So, you should always be able to get a design. You just have to be an early bird to get the design for the best price.

Are your products unisex?

Yes. For these prices, this is how we make it work. The great news though is we pick apparel that fits comfortably on everyone. You just have to size it right. Which means, and we know you've had to hear it a few times now but some people still ain't listening: Check 👏 the 👏 Size 👏 Guide on each product page. 

Orders & Payments

How do I know if my order went through?

Hi! Welcome to the Internet! These days we've done away with carrier pigeon sending notices when you've purchased an item online. Look for an email confirmation right after you checkout. It'll have your order number and details. If it's not in your inbox, check yer junk.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Sorry, Charlie. Once you click that buy button, Pandora down in fulfillment ain't never gonna get everything back in the box. But for real, we can't change or cancel your order once you've submitted it. Double-check everything before you checkout. Have you checked our Size Guide?

What payment methods do you accept?

LOTS! All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay are some of our faves.

Will I be charged sales tax?

It's time we had that talk: You can't escape government putting their hand in your pocketbook. So, yeah, if required by your state, you gots to pay. Tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

U.S. addresses only. No international shipping at this time. But we have big dreams, Pierre so check back in a while.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after processing ( which takes about 1-3 days). During holidays, allow us some additional time, just in case. But real talk, most of the time, you'll get the goods in 4-5 days. Just don't be disappointed if it's more than that.

How can I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email once your
order ships.

What if my package says "delivered" but I don't have it?

Time to call Sherlock. Or you can just look around your property, ask neighbors, or wait 24–48 hours. Most of the time, like 98.7% of the time, "missing" packages show up. If not, contact your carrier (UPS/USPS) directly.

Returns, Sizing & Care

Can I return or exchange my order?

Look, our products are limited editions and limited in quantity, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. Please, for the love of all that's holy and unholy, use the Size Guide before ordering.

What if my item has a defect?

That would suck and be rare - but it happens. If there's a manufacturing defect or misprint, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund it.

How should I wash my shirt?

Your mom says you should wash it inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Orrrrr, you can give it as much thought as all your other wash and just wash it on the whatever setting...and watch the design antique. Roll the dice, baby. Life's short!

Memberships

What's the difference between Primo and Epic memberships?

Basically going Primo is a level up in awesomeness. But no worries, both offer exclusive designs and low member pricing. Primo (Premium) is for ballers that want the best prices and annual perks. Epic (Basic) is totally great, too, if you're into that sort of thing.

What's a "+" membership?

Primo+ and Epic+ include free standard shipping within the U.S. Huzzah!!

How do I cancel my membership?

Now why would you want to do that? Okay, we get it: sometimes funds get tight. No worries - you can cancel anytime through your My Account page. Monthly members have to cancel at least 5 days before renewal. Annual members need to cancel at least 10 days before your anniversary. Either way, you keep your member benefits until your paid period ends - after all, you paid for it. Just know: if you do cancel, we'll miss you, but you can always come back. Did that sound desperate? Crappp...

What if my payment fails?

No sweat, we'll retry your payment another time. After all, if you're not failing, you're not learning. But, seriously, if it fails again, you're off the couch and on your own. Wait - we mean, your membership will be automatically canceled. Do. Not. Fail. Us. Twice.

Are membership fees refundable?
