Primo+ and Epic+ members get free standard shipping on every order. Free express shipping is not included.
Double-check your address
Seriously—we can't stress this enough. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was refused, we can reship it, but you'll cover the carrier's fee.
Package problems?
- Damaged packaging: Contact the carrier directly.
- "Delivered" but missing: Check around your property and with neighbors. Most "missing" packages show up within 24–48 hours. If not, contact the carrier—we'll help with any info they need.
